Building materials

Our houses are fully constructed of environmentally friendly building materials and do not contain any toxic substances. They consist of a foundation, a wooden frame, and insulation materials. Walls, floors and roofs can be insulated with a blend of technical hemp.

Building technology 

It takes no more than 3 minutes to mix up all the components directly on the construction site. After that, the prepared mixture is filled around the wooden frame between the panels of the removable formwork, which is pre-installed on the frame.

HEMP POWER (natural insulation material) is a mixture of hemp shives (finely chopped industrial hemp stalks) and lime binder, LIGAMEN.
Using our material transforms your roof into a monolithic structure on a wooden frame WITHOUT JOINTS, guaranteeing efficient heat retention with minimal energy losses.
HEMP ROWER offers excellent moisture resistance and vapor permeability, protecting the roof from fungus.   Achieve superb sound insulation, allowing for a ceiling-free roof.
What is important, it is NOT AN ALLERGEN, ensuring complete safety for humans. It remains unaffected by settling or deformation over time, with a viability period extending beyond 100 years.

Dry Building Lime Mix

Lime binder is a dry mixture based on high-quality hydrated lime, enriched with eco-friendly minerals. It serves as a binding agent, working in conjunction with hemp shives to create a construction mixture with increased vapor permeability.
Ligamen, translated from Latin as "binding agent," is our product that is 100% made from Ukrainian ingredients. That's why it offers both competitive price and high quality.
Product is available on pallets, 1 ton (40 bags of 25 kg each)

TWO-STORY HOUSE CONSTRUCTION

 Our two-story house is built on a REINFORCED CONCRETE FOUNDATION. Atop this foundation is a sturdy reinforced concrete frame, consisting of:
✔️columns: 300x300mm;✔️monolithic flooring. 
 This robust and durable construction is engineered to withstand various loads, from prolonged and short-term to occasional, following the principles applied in constructing multi-story buildings of 20 floors or more.
The reinforced concrete frame is combined with a wooden frame filled with the Hemp Power, an insulation layer made of hemp shives, resulting in a wall thickness of 400mm.
The entire reinforced concrete frame is clad with Hemp Power on the exterior, ensuring a completely insulated building envelope and eliminating thermal bridges.
The external walls, made of Hemp Power, are finished with a decorative vapor-permeable plaster that meets all technological requirements. Interior finishing follows the same standards. The roof, in this case, has a pitched design. It is constructed of a wooden rafter frame and insulated with 300mm-thick Hemp Power, and is covered with bituminous tiles, again in compliance with all technological requirements.
